The Certificate in procurement and supply operations consists of five compulsory units.
This course is designed for those who are interested in gaining a comprehensive overview of procurement and obtaining professional certification in UN and public procurement, accredited with CIPS. It is also relevant to those new to the procurement function or those who have worked in the role but have not previously undertaken formal training. Additionally, those in functions that include close interaction with procurement, such as programme and project staff who would like a more intimate understanding of procurement would find this course relevant.

IMPORTANT COURSE INFORMATION
Requirements
You don’t need any prior experience or qualifications to start your studies at this stage.
It is ideal for school leavers or people with little or no experience in the world of procurement and supply chains. It provides an excellent taster of what can be achieved by applying best practice.
Assessment
Assessment is via 5 x 2-hour exams. Each exam consists of 60 multiple choice questions, and the required pass mark is 75%. All CIPS Level 2 exams are scheduled in May, July, and November every year throughout CIPS own international test centers.
